This piece was drawn using vine and compressed charcoal and is meant to represent how outside forces and people can tear us down until all we are left with is what is on the inside. It is important to remember that we can control how other people affect us, and we are the ones ho allow negative energy to enter our lives. We have the ability to be positive and change the way we look at the world and how we take the outcomes. It is not always about having thick skin, but more about being able to look at the positive side of a situation.
