You Burst My Balloon

A mixed media collage depicting a doll-like woman with her chest like that of a cabinet, where her heart rests, which is as delicate as a balloon. As soon as she exposes her love, she causes herself despair. Balloons make frightful noises and cause distress to many of those around once popped, equal to the emotions that care expressed after a broken heart.
